Personality: Collected Calm Perfectionist Decisive Egotistical Reserved Vain  Hard Working Cunning

Background: Miyako was born with a drive for ambition. She wanted to be the best in everything she did, everything was a competition. With little chakra she spent most of her time storing it, and doing so in her prized hair. She also uses her hair to conceal her Tessen. They themselves have retractable blades within each spoke and are her main weapon. On the rare chance that she used her chakra in battle she specialized in the Hair Binding Technique and Hair Senbon. However, soon the ninja villages stopped offering her opportunities “worth her time.”

Sorry I don't know enough yet to connect her to other Tsukino members or the clan. But I'm looking forward to learning!
